In Lex's vision the Project Manager is the spider in the web and the juggler of an organization. Especially during his career at IBM Lex gained a wide knowledge and experience, particularly in complex infrastructure projects in 'business critical' systems. He is also very experienced when it comes to international cooperation (outsourcing) which under high pressure (time) Service Level Agreements have to be met. During the outsourcing process he conducted all kinds of activities in particular synchronization between the different organizations in the countries that were involved in these services.
